Delivery & Lead Time:

Ready to wear:

Pre-designed jewellery that is available in stock may take up to 2 business days to be processed post payment.

Loose diamonds:

Loose diamonds may take up to 14 days of processing time after payment. Please note that it will be shipped immediately after passing our quality control.

Custom designs:

Adamo Diamonds’ standard lead time for custom-made jewellery is 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the item, its nature of design and production schedule.

In some cases, lead times may be revised for a variety of reasons, including international holidays, peak season, and other factors. Accordingly, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time for your order via email after your order has been processed and shipped.

Our delivery agent standard transit time is between 1-3 business day.

The timeframes listed above are indicative; while we will do our best to ensure that you receive your delivery on time, we cannot guarantee delivery before the end of the specified period.

If you need your item urgently, you may opt for quicker service by contacting us in advance to confirm your desired request if possible.

Delivery Service:

Once your item is ready, we will send it via FedEx International Priority delivery service. We urge all customers to inspect their package before receiving or signing for receipt.

VAT & Import Duties:

For items delivered within the Kingdom of Bahrain, Bahrain VAT of 10% will apply with no further duties or charges.

For GCC orders, the local VAT, import and customs duties, and other fees may be applied as per the laws of the country of destination. Please contact your local customs office for further details.
