Cancellations Policy
Excluding any non-returnable products, you may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped and receive a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you may still return the product in accordance with our returns policy. Please refer to our returns and refunds policy to learn more.
Non-returnable Products
- Custom made products are made to your specifications which is why we are unable to accept any cancellations after you make the full payment; and
- Loose diamonds are sourced for the customer from a third-party supplier after price confirmation and approval from the customer; therefore, we do not accept any cancellations for loose diamonds after sending an email to the customer notifying them that their order has been processed.

Returns and Refunds Policy
If you wish to return any pre-designed jewellery purchased from the website, please do so within 15 days from the date of delivery. All sales are deemed final after 15 days from the date of delivery, and we will not accept any return requests thereafter. This returns and refunds policy does not cover products listed as ‘non-returnable’ in our cancellation policy.
Please send an email to order@adamodiamonds.com with your order number and request an RMA number to return a product. Please note that an RMA must be issued before returning any product. You will be required to send the product with insured shipping to the returns address provided by the Company, along with the RMA number. Unless expressly specified otherwise, you will be solely responsible for the payment of two-way shipping fees for any returns except where you are returning an incorrect delivery or damaged products.
In the unlikely event that we delivered an incorrect product to you, please contact us at order@adamodiamonds.com within 72 hours from the delivery time, along with your order number. We will provide you with an RMA and returns address. Please send the product that you wish to return to the returns address provided in our email, along with your RMA number. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue your refund provided the returned product satisfies all the conditions outlined in point c) below.
All returns must be insured and have a tracking number. We will not be responsible for any lost parcels or parcels that get damaged in transit, and we will not be able to offer you a refund until we receive and inspect the returned product. We will only offer you a refund for a returned product if the returned product is received by us in its original condition (new), unused, with all the original packaging and certificates. Where a complimentary gift was included with the purchase, such gift must also be returned unused.
Refund Policy
All cancellations and returns that are eligible for refunds are issued by the Company in accordance with this refund policy. All approved refunds will be made to the same payment method you used when you placed your order. Please note that where you are responsible for the payment of two-way shipping fees, such amount will be deducted from your refundable amount. As we rely upon our Payment Processor to process refunds, we cannot offer you any guarantees as to the exact date and time for refunds reaching your account. We may, in our sole discretion, agree to bear any costs that may be incurred in the processing of a refund.
